2)The baking paint advantage:It is very good for waterproof and moisturproof.It is very strong for fighting corrupt capability.It is very easy to clean.high temperature resistance and impact resistance,and acidproof alkali .The paiting thickness is more than 0.3mm

4)Coating handle:My factory could not make baking paint.All of the baking products will be finished by specifical baking factory to make sure the quality.
5) Technology
shot blasting:derusting and remove oil.And then the worker check and polish the products proof
Electrostatic spraying:
Highbake:After spraying,the products will be transferred to oast(180-200℃) to heat.It is about 15-20mins.So that we can get baking products.
The last checking:After highbake,the worker will check the products again.If there is something wrong,the products will be repair.
